National Science Centre for Education, Thailand
Mission
- To provide education to students and the general public alike, on subjects ranging from science, technology, the environment, natural history, astronomy and space exploration.
- To provide flexible means of delivery, through the use of various media, such as interactive exhibitions, activities and multimedia presentations. The Science Center for Education thus takes into account the differences in the needs, interests and aspirations of the learners.
- In recognition that lifelong education requires both public and private sector input, the Science Centre for Education encourages mutual cooperation and support between all sectors in Thailand and abroad.

Activity Summary :
The main activities are several thematic galleries of science and technology, hands-on interactive exhibits, the Open Laboratory of Life Science, the Science Park and various types of educational activities such as:
- shows - planetarium shows, science shows and science drama for kids
- science training & seminars
- science lectures & demonstrations
- science camps
- science contests
- sky observing
- temporary exhibitions
- a mobile astronomy exhibition, and
- special events such as Children’s Day and National Science Week (18-24 August)
