As we mark the end of an extraordinary era, ASPAC extends its deepest gratitude to A/Prof Lim Tit Meng for his exemplary leadership and invaluable contributions as our President, as he retires from his distinguished career in science education and communication at Science Centre Singapore.


Throughout his tenure, A/Prof Lim has demonstrated exceptional vision and dedication in advancing science communication across the Asia Pacific region. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening collaborations between science centres and museums, fostering innovation in science education, and building lasting partnerships across our network.


Under his stewardship, ASPAC has achieved significant milestones in promoting science literacy and public engagement. A/Prof Lim's ability to transform challenges into opportunities and his commitment to accessible science education have set new benchmarks for our organisation.


His legacy encompasses not only institutional achievements but also the countless personal connections he has forged within the ASPAC community. A/Prof Lim's approachable leadership style and genuine enthusiasm for science communication have inspired professionals throughout our network. 


As A/Prof Lim embarks on his well-deserved retirement, we celebrate his remarkable contributions and wish him the very best in this new chapter of life. While he may be stepping down from his official roles, his influence will continue to shape ASPAC's vision and mission for years to come. 


We invite all members to join us in expressing appreciation for A/Prof Lim's dedicated service and outstanding leadership, and in wishing him a fulfilling retirement filled with new adventures and continued passion for science.
