National Science Museum Thailand (NSM), under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) will be holding the “2021 International Photo Competition River and Ocean, Connecting Water to Life” to promote and raise public awareness to water as the essential resource for all life, inspire people to conserve water and marine resources for sustainable use, and motivate the implementation of water and marine conservation.
The competition focuses on two categories: Reportage photo and Campaign photo. Each category awards for the first, second and third places. Winners will receive both monetary award and a trophy with approximately 1,200 USD in total prizes. Award winning and selected entries will be featured in the photography exhibition: River and Ocean, Connecting Water to Life, as part of the National Science and Technology Fair 2021 which will be held on 13 – 23 August, 2021 at the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Nonthaburi province, Thailand.
